Our practice is deliberately concentrated. We advise on corporate and commercial matters, antitrust, fintech, technology, media and telecommunications, and regulatory matters.

Corporate and commercial

We advise on transactions, joint ventures, investments, and reorganizations, and on the governance and approvals that attend them. Our commercial practice extends to the drafting and negotiation of supply, distribution, licensing, and long-form framework agreements, approached with an eye to both clarity and enforceability.

Competition law

Our competition law practice covers merger filings, market conduct reviews, CCI investigations, advisory & due diligence scan on agreements and arrangements, compliance, dawn raid trainings and disputes before the Commission. We take the view that antitrust exposure is rarely a discrete question; it is best assessed alongside the commercial strategy that gives rise to it, and we advise accordingly.

Fintech

We advise businesses operating in digital payments, lending, and other technology-driven financial services on the regulatory frameworks that govern them, including licensing, structuring, and continuous compliance. This work sits at the intersection of financial regulation and commercial pragmatism, and we approach it mindful of the pace at which the sector, and its regulation, continues to evolve.

Technology, media and telecommunications

Our TMT practice addresses the legal and regulatory questions that arise for businesses built on data, digital infrastructure, and technology platforms. It spans data privacy, digital regulation, and the licensing and structuring considerations particular to the sector. We advise with an understanding that these businesses are often navigating settled law and emerging regulation simultaneously.

Regulatory and Policy

We advise on the sectoral approvals, licensing regimes, foreign investment structuring, and compliance obligations that shape how businesses may lawfully operate in India.

Equally, in a regulatory landscape as fast-moving as India’s, compliance alone is often not enough. We work with clients to engage constructively with regulators and policymakers. We help our clients articulate their interests clearly to those shaping the rules that will govern them, rather than simply responding once those rules are settled.
