Ashish Singh has over a decade of experience in corporate and commercial practice, with particular depth in capital markets transactions, competition law, and complex commercial drafting.
His past experience includes stints at Amarchand Mangaldas where he built and led the competition and regulatory policy practice. As a member of the capital markets team, he also advised on significant mandates for public sector undertakings such as REC, NHPC, and PFC, among others.
His transactional work spans equity and debt markets, long-form commercial agreements, and competition/regulatory advisory across sectors including global industrial clients on India-facing documentation and compliance.
He received his B.A. LL.B from National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata.
